I just placed an order, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

For US orders, once a t-shirt order is fulfilled, it can typically take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days for your order to arrive. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and takes 2–5 business days. Below are the standard delivery times per item:

Tees: 4-11 business days

Hoodies: 4-24 business days

Hats: 4-13 business days

Footwear: 17-25 business days

Pins: 8-11 business days

Returns & Exchanges:

KILLSCARLET does not offer exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or changes in preference. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and are subject to our return policy.
